RZI Support Center

The RZI Support Center is the central point for your inquiries. Here, you will find professional assistance and all the information you need to optimize the use of your RZI product.

Click the Support Center button on the right to go directly to the homepage of the RZI Support Center.

To contact our Support Center, you need a personal account. To register, enter a username and your email address.

Activation

You will then receive an email with an activation code. Confirm this and complete your registration with your customer number and name. Once your account is activated, you will have unrestricted access to all areas of the Support Center.

Submission and Download Area

You can submit your inquiries and reports in the submission area. Use the form to send us your issue. All RZI support staff are logged directly into the Support Center. Your messages will be reviewed immediately and processed as quickly as possible.

You will always be informed about the current processing status of your report. We will automatically notify you by email when your report has been answered in the Support Center.

Additionally, you can download the latest software versions, including improvements and new features.
